Padel Social House are seeking a dynamic, sociable and experienced Female Padel Coach to support our inaugural club in Northampton from the pre-launch and beyond. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our dynamic, highly-curated weekly timetable programme in tandem with the Head Coach, Tom Craig, and freelance Padel coaches too. This broad, dynamic role involves ensuring the smooth running of the club and delivering exceptional experiences for all visitors to the facility of the Home of Midlands Padel! This is a hands-on role in a high-energy, start-up environment. When there is no coaching session to lead, you will be expected to support the Head Coach planning holiday camps & revised timetable sessions etc.
