We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Padel Tennis Coach to lead both the athletic and operational aspects of our Padel Tennis Centre. This role requires a motivated individual who can inspire players of all levels while managing the day-to-day operations of the club to ensure a high-quality experience for members and guests.
About the role
- Carry out exciting Padel training sessions for adults and children
- Run club / coaching and competition sessions
- Assist with on court Social Media coaching and club session pictures
- Demo Rackets for purchase
- Responds to emails and chats
- Maintain and update Padel CRM, including padel levels.
- Schedule group coaching sessions and 121s
What they're looking for
- LTA qualified or similar padel qualification
- Experience working within a sports and leisure environment
- Experience with Padel booking systems such as Playtomic or Matchpoint would be desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full driving license and own vehicle, essential
